Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and advise of delivery timescales. If this is not satisfactory, we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery in the UK. Any shipments outside of the UK are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days, however if your order is time specific please contact your local branch to arrange a satisfactory delivery date.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments in order to get your order to you in the fastest way.

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions in the comments section of our check-out page online.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the value of your order.

Any order under £350 will be £7.99 to ship.

Orders over £350 are free to ship.

Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing products from Beacon International Ltd.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, unused, and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
